How do I access my affiliate account
To access your affiliate account you first must login, once logged in you can go to your affiliate dashboard here you will be be able to see reports, create affiliate links, and check your commission and sales.
How do I become an Affiliate
Becoming an affiliate is simple, Go to registration page fill in your details and submit. Our team will review your request with in 24 hours.
How do I get paid?
We payout all commissions via paypal, you will need to enter your paypal email address during registration to become affiliate. If you do not have a paypal account please register for one its free.
How much do I get paid?
Our standard commission rate is 5% of all qualifying sales.For super affiliates with sales over $5000 a month the custom rate can be applied, please contact us to discuss.
When will I get paid
We pay out commissions ones a month during the first week of the month. To qualify for commission you you must reach a minimum payout of $20 (twenty dollars) on qualified sales. Each sales becomes qualified after a period of 30 (thirty) days from purchase and the customer has not canceled the goods.

Customer Service

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
Your parcel will be packaged in a completely non-transparent courier bag. The waybill attached will make no mention of the company which it is from, nor do we specify the contents of your parcel
How do I cancel an order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.
Am I able to purchase a Gift Voucher?
Yes,Gift Vouchers can be sent electronically to the receiver of your choice

Will my personal details be shared?
As per our strict Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions, the use of private information on the e-commerce platform (i.e.user’s personal information, credit card details, place of address, and contact details), which are required for executing orders, will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and under no circumstances will be sold, or divulged to third parties. This excludes the use of the user’s delivery address and contact details, which will be issued to the Courier service provider, in order to fulfill delivery. Is faster shipping available?
Yes, for us to keep prices low we generally use economy shipping providers, however if you want a different shipping options please contact us and we will provide you with options
What if an item is out of stock?
We generally have Items available as we working directly with factories and shipping from the factories so if something out of stock it is normally will be back in stock within day or so
How do I qualify for discounts?
At HappyDays, we are constantly ensuring that you receive the best deals possible. By creating an account, signing up for our newsletter, and receiving notifications from our partners, you are guaranteed to receive the earliest notifications on promotions, discounts, and giveaways.
What is the wish list/heart icon at the top of the page?
The wish list allows you to add and store products on your profile that you are interested in, but are not yet ready to purchase. It allows you to continuously add your favorites, keeping a record of your wish list until such time that you are ready to add them to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Do I need to register in order to place an order?
